Leadership FMWF

For more than 30 years, Leadership Fargo Moorhead West Fargo has connected and developed leaders who greatly impact the community through dedication and service. Each year, LFMWF selects 40 emerging and existing leaders from all sectors of the community to participate in the ten-month program.

Impacting the FMWF community by creating inclusive opportunities for Professionals of Color to develop personally and professionally through meaningful engagement and a sense of belonging. POC has four focus areas, with an emphasis on highlighting diverse employee populations that are underrepresented in the FMWF metro: Networking, Professional Development, Education, and Service.

Each year, our Annual Celebration is an opportunity to highlight successes of the past year, recognize and thank our countless volunteers, and set our vision for the coming year. The annual Legacy Leader Award is also presented to an individual who has made significant contributions to the community.

Quarterly

Business After Hours continues to set records as the region’s largest networking event. The relaxed, social atmosphere allows you the opportunity to meet business leaders, mingle with trade show booths and network with your peers to forge powerful partnerships. Golf Outing
July 17, 2024

The Chamber’s annual golf outing sells out every summer and is a can’t-miss event. Each year, teams compete for prizes, and participants and sponsor play along with special themes. Whether you win or not, you will have a fun-filled day and a great time at the 19th Hole happy hour and social.

Each May, the ChamberChoice Awards recognize the best of the best when it comes to businesses in the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo area. Organizations compete for awards in several categories, and a packed house of people attend the award show to learn which local companies take home the honors.

Each year, Voices of Vision brings globally renowned thought leaders to the metro. Past speakers who have graced the stage include Lt. Col. Oliver North, Bob Woodward, Joe Theismann, Jeb Bush, Terry Bradshaw, Rudy Giuliani, Robert O’Neill, Shaquille O’Neal, Danica Patrick, Peyton Manning and Admiral William McRaven.

Women Connect Celebration

Each year, The Chamber's Women Connect program brings a nationally or internationally recognized female keynote speaker, thought leader, author or personality to the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo area. Attendees are able to experience moving stories and presentations, connect with hundreds of other women from the area, and VIP attendees are even able to meet the speaker and have a photo opp!
