Fargo Moorhead Leadership - Selection Criteria
Selection Criteria
Each year, 35 representatives of the Fargo Moorhead community are chosen
to participate in Fargo Moorhead Leadership. The selection process
seeks a cross section of the community - men and women from different career,
education, political, social and cultural backgrounds.
Applications are open to employees of Chamber member firms who live or work
in the Fargo Moorhead region.
Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria:
• A sincere personal commitment to building relationships with others,
learning new skills, developing professionally and educating oneself on
the F-M region
• A willingness to try new things, open your mind to new ways of thinking
and contribute as a class member, group member and representative of your
business/organization
• A willingness and availability to commit the time and energy necessary
to complete the program requirements as well as the full support of your
business/organization
