• Applications will be judged by an independent group of community business leaders, based upon award criteria.
• Your application will be judged on growth, innovation and creativity, community leadership/involvement, and achievements relating to your specific business or industry.
• All applications must be typed and complete for consideration.
• All applications are held strictly confidential.

The information included in the application is strictly confidential and will be used only by the judges. Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2009, to be considered. Applications may be delivered to the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead, 202 First Avenue North, Moorhead, or mailed to P.O. Box 2443, Fargo, ND, 58108-2443.
