Fargo Moorhead Leadership promotes community leadership and professional skill building by developing knowledgeable, skilled leaders committed to growing professionally and personally in order to benefit their employers, their community and themselves.

If you have an interest in learning about the community in which you live and developing enhanced professional skills, Fargo Moorhead Leadership is for you. Over a nine-month period, participants are given an in-depth look into our community, along with the opportunity to learn new skills useful in any professional workplace setting. Through this extensive program participants will have the opportunity to develop a network of professional and personal contacts and explore critical leadership styles vital to any successful professional or community initiative.

Fargo Moorhead Leadership is designed to:
